The Search is on!

We are looking for a volunteer with management and leadership experience who wants to do more in their community, with good inter-personal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others to be our next County Commissioner.

The County commissioner is responsible for leading the Scout County, ensuring that we provide good quality Scouting for young people aged 6 – 25 years and taking us forward into the future as a growing organisation relevant to young people and adults alike. This is a management role supporting adults not directly with the young people themselves.

Currently in Solihull we have 2,528 members involved in the Scout Association and that number is growing every day.

We’re looking to spread the word, so please spread the word or nominate someone you know who has the skills and experience to fulfil this role.
